Dana Warwick, CMT
Our family of four moved to beautiful, historic Columbia, S.C. in 1994. After 16
years we are still here. It's a case of "Bloom Where You Are Planted". My
husband, Theron and I, have two grown children who have always been ready
to encourage me in all my art endeavors. I have always enjoyed painting and
drawing since childhood and have found it helpful in teaching preschoolers,
teenagers, home schooling and journaling life.
Through the years I have experienced the preciousness of family and the
impact the Alzheimer's disease, Autism and physical and mental challenges
can have on individuals and families. I've grown to appreciate the importance of
caring, supporting and encouraging each individual. When you care for
someone, you search for any help to see that loved one built up, to sense
accomplishment and experience the thrill of creating their own work of art.
Art Without Boundaries™ is an answer to prayer. It has been a blessing to see
Mneme Therapy™ be a positive catalyst in an individual's life. To be able to
provide a rewarding experience through singing, movement, story telling in a
unique combination, and knowing that documented testimonies have shown
dramatic changes in some individuals, is an appreciated privilege indeed!
