Q: What if we want to sponsor more than one month on the AWB Calendar?
A: Each additional month is $125.00
Q: What if we can't do the fundraiser before the first of the year?
A: No problem, the calendar can start on any month. Example: May 2011 to April 2012.
Q: Do we keep all the money that our team raises, then pay the MT? How much goes to your Association?
A: We save you all the book work! We'll tally your sales and let you know how many service hours you will receive. You'll set up a
schedule with your MT and he or she will invoice AWBA to be paid. Since the Art Without Boundaries Association is a not-for-profit with
a 501 (c) 3 status, checks can be made out to us, but we only keep 1% to pay the Association Management Company for accounting.
Q: What if we become a sponsor, but only sell a few calendars?
A: You are under no obligation to sell a minimum. You just won't get as many MT sessions. But, you can wait a few months and then try
again, or just continue to sell the calendars and AWB gifts throughout the year. You will still get your resident's or student's painting and
your organization's advertising on the calendar.
Q: Can someone pay with a credit card? Is it safe?
A: Yes. We have a page specifically to pay for the calendar. Customer Paypal check out
We use PayPal, third-party payment process with industry-leading security and fraud prevention, so AWBA never sees the customer's
financial information.
