Sarah Crisp- Findlay, OH
I am originally from Spencerville Ohio, a small town outside of Lima.
I was raised by my mother and grandparents, who passed away
unexpectedly within four weeks of each other. I envy the kind of
love they had, to never want to be apart. I moved to Findlay right
after graduating from high school and went to school at The
University of Findlay graduating with a BA in Psychology.
My passion is in helping others and I love to make people feel as if
they truly are special and needed in this world. All my life I thought I
would never want to have children until Anthony, my step son, came
into my life. He is an awesome inspiration to me in ways I thought I’
d never know! My all-time best friend is my mother. I am thankful
that she instilled in me the ability to empathize with others.
My Mom, Step-mom and Grandmother all encouraged my love of
art. These wonderful women taught me so much and I want to
express my thanks to them for that! I also developed a passion for
psychology my junior year of high school. It was then that I realized
I wanted to use my knowledge of psychology and my passion for
helping others for the rest of my life.
When Lydia came to me with this wonderful program I was elated!
We both have always had such a passion for art and mind, and
what better way to put it together with the AWESOME Art Without
Boundaries program! I’m incredibly excited and can not wait to
touch the lives of so many people!
