have a website featuring your paintings.)  Please do not send a link to FaceBook or other social sites that
I would have to join to view your page. (Entrepreneurs can skip this question)
If accepted, and I have all my questions answered to my satisfaction, I'm ready to make a
decision. If you need to talk to someone first, like a husband or parent, then bookmark the page, talk to
them and come back later to fill out the application when you are ready to move forward.

5. We use multi-level marketing and you will be
sponsoring other artists into the program to
earn down-line bonuses and residual income.
1.MnemeTherapy is a form of art therapy and
has to be licensed by the state.
2. The Art Without Boundaries Association
Membership provides training, certification and
there is no cost to those who are accepted into
the program.
6. If accepted, you will go to school on-line at
your own pace. A Mentor will certify you when
you've completed the program.
3. Some mentors allow you to recruit artists
from other areas to pay for your membership
fee of $3,000. You will receive a credit of $500
for each artist who is accepted, makes a
deposit and is still in the program when you
pay off your balance.
7. If you are able to pay the full amount of the
membership fee of $3,000 within 30 days of
being accepted, you will receive the Masters
program (a $1,200 value) at no cost.
8. After you have at least 3 months of experience
you can apply for the Master Program, where you
will learn to recruit, train and certify other artists.
In addition to free travel, you will receive a bonus
for mentoring.
4. The program will not only teach you the
process, but also train you how to get
accounts once you've graduated.

The PIN number is how we track for our recruiting program. If the ad you read said:
"Write this down and use this PIN for the application," please put it in. All Craigslist ads
 have PIN numbers. If you didn't write it down, please go back and find it for the
interview.

    stating we have receive your application.
  3. Phone interview: When I have received both application and samples (or website) I will call or email you with
    a number and suggested times to call.  If I leave a message, PLEASE CALL ME BACK. If you don't hear from
    me within 48 hours of submitting the application please write or call 561-460-2791 and leave a message.  I
    might not have gotten your application. Better safe than sorry! If I'm unavailable, when you call, leave call back
    information and best time to reach you. I will be calling you back on that number, so you'll know who's calling.

This application is subject to approval and does not constitute an offer of any kind.  If you have more questions, you
can ask them during our phone interview.   

If you don't show skill in your art,  or have enough experience with children or elders you may be accepted as an
Entrepreneur who will hire artists and/or you may take some art classes, and/or volunteer and reapply at a later date.
This does not guarantee that your area will still be open. To secure your apprenticeship, you must make a deposit.
In submitting this application, I confirm that the following is true:

  • I am interested in applying for an apprenticeship with AWBA
  • I am of good moral character and have not been convicted of a felony, or arrested for any crime (drunk
    driving, child molestation, rape, etc.)
  • If accepted and my questions are answered to my satisfaction, I am ready to make a deposit and begin the
    program.

  2. Nearly a third of the applications I receive don't follow through on sending samples, some apply even
    though they know they don't have the money to either start the program or continue it.
